  • Provide admin support to Project Engineers within the Heat Exchanger and Pressure Vessel Service. To Include;
    • Assist in document collation and submittals to customers.
    • Assist PE in sourcing accurate quotations.
    • Assist in scheduling meetings.
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
    • Help maintain current MRP system.
  • When required, provide support with the site Purchasing functions.
  • Work closely with all staff and support when necessary.
  • Ensure correspondence with suppliers, customers and internal staff is recorded accurately.
  • Work in a manner, which protects the health, safety and welfare of self and others.
  • Actively participate in Company improvement initiatives.
  • Adheres to all Company policies and procedures including quality, safety, environmental and HR.
Person Specification Experience
  • IT literate with specific experience using Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point programs.
