Your New Role
In this varied office management position, you will be a fundamental part of the day to day running of the organisations. From general facilities type work, ensuring stationary is topped up, to organisation meeting rooms and senior stakeholders diaries, this role covers a wide array of duties. You will play a key piece in the organisation of the companies summer and Christmas parties and provide further ad-hoc duties where required.
Ensuring Your Success
Previous office management experience is essential, managing offices of 100+ heads. You will have previous events coordination experience with excellent organisation skills. Being a self-starter is key in this role, with the ability to work in a team, as well as, individually. You'll have exceptional interpersonal skills both written and verbally.
