Simply Education are on the hunt for passionate teaching assistants and learning support assistants to provide 1:1 and small group support for an excellent SEN school in the Ashford area. The school have had an increased intake in students this academic year and are looking for strong personalities who are willing to engage with the children and help them to achieve their potential.

These highly rewarding roles will include working with a range of different children with varying additional needs. Successful candidates will need to be quick learners and be extremely adaptable and flexible to the many challenges that come with working with children with additional needs. Candidates will need to have access to their own transport due to the location of the school.

Has experience working with special education needs children in some capacity.
• Has a desire to work within education.
• Has great communication and rapport building skills.
• Simply Education’s specialist consultants will be on hand throughout the recruitment process to provide guidance and information about any roles we have available.
