London, United Kingdom Amazon Full time

Technical Program Manager, Security Events Logging, Identity and Access Management Job ID: 2617524 | Amazon Development Centre (London) Limited
Identity and Access Management group is responsible for the protection of Amazon data. We are connected to all parts of Amazon's business and it’s massive, worldwide service-oriented architecture. We are working on a new critical mission that will enable services to generate security events automatically in a standard format. This will have big impact for all the services that will be deployed in Amazon because with a standard format for logging it will become possible an automatic monitoring of the traffic made in each service and the investigation will be possible to be done if any anomaly will be detected.
Identity and Access Management is seeking a customer-obsessed, team-driven senior technical program manager to coordinate and own the adoption campaign for the library that will be used by the services in order to generate security events.
This role is inherently cross-functional and requires the ability to think big and collaborate with others as you work closely with teams across engineering and security. The right candidate will possess a strong program management background, will have demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects, and will have a well-rounded technical background in current technologies. As a TPM, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. About Amazon Security
