Position: Administrative Assistant

Role Summary: As an Administrative Assistant at Hoxton Capital, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of paraplanners and advisors to ensure the efficient onboarding of clients and smooth execution of the advice process. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are collected and processed efficiently.
  • Process Management: Assist in managing workflows and processes related to client advice, ensuring deadlines are met and compliance requirements are adhered to.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to paraplanners and advisors, including scheduling meetings, preparing client files, and handling correspondence.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and review client reports, presentations, and other documentation to support the advisory team in delivering high-quality advice.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to gather information, provide updates on progress, and assist with any administrative queries.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and client-focused demeanor.
