At Ticket Tailor, our mission is to empower a diverse range of event creators by making it easy and affordable to sell tickets online. Last year, over 10 million orders were placed through the Ticket Tailor platform, for all types of events from art installations to water parks . We have a world-class NPS score, and pride ourselves in building a simple platform built with a customer-first mindset.

As a Tech lead your role is split between ensuring quality within your squad, hands-on development and planning, and managing direct reports. You’ll seek to deliver simple, secure solutions across all parts of our technology stack, considering the long-term architectural impact of your solutions. You’ll ensure the why of what we are building is important and shared with the team. We place a strong emphasis on ownership - we each own the tasks we deliver - from understanding the problem, to designing small blocks of long term value, to the quality of the solution delivered. PHP is our primary language, and we use Laminas and Mezzio frameworks
Apache & Varnish for our Web Servers & Caching
RDS MySQL for data management
️ CloudFormation on AWS for our instance management
️ jQuery for Javascript
You strive for simplicity in your solutions and like to incrementally deliver small-pieces of long term value

# 25 days holiday + public holidays A rested team is a successful team - we respect our evenings and weekends, and we offer 25 days holiday (not including public holidays), which we encourage everyone to use
~ Flexible working policy Work should fit around life as much as possible, we allow 2-3 working days from home a week and operate a core working hours policy, so you can come in a bit later or leave earlier depending on your needs
