We're seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office space.‍Your Responsibilities:‍Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, organising files, and data entry.Acting as a Personal Assistant: Provide a supporting hand to the CEO & Director of Operations by managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and assisting with various ad-hoc tasks.Desk Setup and Maintenance: Assist in setting up workspaces for new employees, ensuring desks are organised and equipped with necessary supplies.Office Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure availability for day-to-day operations.
