Reporting to: Service & Maintenance ManagerResponsible For: Administration and coordination of breakdown, service & maintenance projects, along with general administrative tasks.Duties:Handle initial calls from customers, assessing issues and suggesting possible resolutions.Allocate breakdown engineers when necessary.Obtain quotes for replacement parts.Raise quotations to customers for remedial work following breakdown or service.Liaise with suppliers regarding warranty items.Assist Maintenance Manager with arranging service/maintenance visits.Communicate with clients/staff/sub-contractors regarding work orders and queries.Provide information to the Financial Controller for invoicing.Prepare Method Statements & Risk Assessments.Input data into CRM Database.Handle Fgas & Refcom administration and renewals.Contact customers regarding R22 replacement.Check tracker information for employee timesheets.Perform general office administration tasks.Experienced Breakdown/Maintenance Co-ordinator.Database experience.Logistics/scheduling experience.Experience of dealing with customers/clients and contractors.Desirable: Experience of Joblogic database system.Knowledge & Skills:Excellent interpersonal skills; able to influence, persuade, and negotiate with all levels of people effectively.Ability to cope under pressure and ensure deadlines are met.Strong attention to detail.Good organisation skills.Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative to get to the heart of a problem and take it through to completion.This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced Breakdown & Maintenance Co-ordinator if you meet the qualifications and skills outlined above and are interested in this position, please submit your CV and cover letter.
