As a key member of the Howdy Do team, the Digital Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies across the diverse portfolio of brands within the IUF Group.

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Manager at Merson Group, you will be responsible for driving the overall digital marketing strategies. With a primary focus on B2B marketing, you will utilise your extensive experience in the field to create, manage, and optimise campaigns. Reporting directly to Merson Group, you will also have a dotted reporting line to Georgia, the manager of Howdy Do, the in-house marketing agency for IUF Group. In this dual-role, you will oversee Merson Digital’s marketing and content creation.

Key Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

● Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B marketing.

● Proven experience in managing and delivering campaigns.

● Proficiency in running SEO and managing Google Analytics.

● Strong skills in videography, photography, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress.

● Experience with paid advertising on LinkedIn and a solid understanding of social media platforms.

● Demonstrated expertise in SEO strategies and implementation.

● Experience with CRM systems and e-shot sending platforms.

● Proven track record of running successful digital marketing campaigns.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Willingness to travel if needed for content creation, subject to applicable safety and travel guidelines.

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and brand teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

● Work with the relevant figureheads at Merson Group to create marketing campaigns and content aligned with sales outreach and company goals.

● Create visually compelling content, including videography, photography, and graphic design.

● Recruit and collaborate with freelancers for specialised projects.

● Manage and update digital assets on WordPress websites, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

● Utilise G Suite and OneDrive for collaborative work within the team and across brand teams.

● Develop visually appealing presentations and decks to support marketing initiatives.

● Execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn.

● Implement SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and drive targeted traffic.

● Utilise CRM systems and e-shot platforms for effective email campaigns.

● Produce engaging written content, including blogs and thought leadership pieces.

● Manage and curate content across social media platforms.

● Organise, plan and execute in-person and online marketing events.

● Contribute innovative ideas to elevate digital marketing strategies.

● Work collaboratively across projects, contributing to the overall marketing efforts.

● Execute B2B marketing initiatives.
