Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of retail clients, understanding their unique business goals and challenges.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, encompassing data analysis, competitor research, and customer journey mapping.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and analytics teams to bring campaigns to life across various channels, including digital, social, influencer, and in-store experiences.
  • Analyse campaign performance, interpret data, and provide actionable recommendations for optimisation and ROI improvement.
  • Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and regular reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest retail trends, technologies, and consumer behaviours.
  • Participate in new business pitches and contribute to agency thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Paid Media with a Marketing Agency
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape, including consumer trends, omnichannel marketing, and e-commerce trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in project management and ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data visualisation tools.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented with a proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Passion for retail and a genuine curiosity about consumer behaviour.

  • Experience working with specific retail sub-sectors (e.g., fashion, grocery, home improvement)
  • Fluency in digital marketing channels (e.g., PPC, Paid Social & Shopping Campaigns)
  • Experience with influencer marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics platforms
