I am currently supporting a growing Pan-European Private Equity firm, that has just closed their first fund at over €1bn AUM and they are looking to raise a second. Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding. Due to their fast growth, they are looking to expand their finance team, adding an experienced Private Equity Fund Controller to oversee their debut fund. This is a broad role that includes the following responsibilities:

  • Daily management and oversight of fund administrators
  • Reviewing and finalising of quarter-end and year-end reporting
  • Coordination with deal teams for year-end audit of valuations, back ups for validation of earnings and net debt, multiples
  • Preparing annual expense budgets and monthly cash flow forecasts of fund/s
  • Support investor relations team with investor queries
Requirements:
  • Qualified ACA (ICAEW)
  • 5-10 years of post-qualified experience, working within a private equity firm
  • Strong Lux GAAP and US GAAP knowledge
  • Detail-orientated and excellent time management skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
