Asset Data & Performance Coordinator

As an Asset Data and Performance Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our asset management team, supporting the management of asset data and optimising asset performance within our organisation. Reporting to the Asset Manager, your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate and up-to-date asset records, analysing asset performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate closely with the Asset Manager and other team members to implement strategies for maximising asset utilisation and efficiency. Additionally, you will assist in developing data-driven solutions to enhance asset performance, minimise downtime, and reduce operational costs.
The ideal candidate will have good analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Experience in asset management, performance monitoring, and knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations will be advantageous. You will be values driven and focused on delivering great services for BVT’s Assets Team:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic functions and data manipulation techniques, to manage and organise asset data effectively.
Basic understanding of SQL and the ability to perform simple queries for data extraction and reporting purposes.
Familiarity with data coordination or administrative tasks, with the willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Previous experience or knowledge of the social housing sector will be advantageous but not mandatory.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records.
