As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home. With our commitment to regulatory standards, we require the candidate to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and well-versed in relevant legislation. Your role will involve ensuring high-quality care for residents, meeting financial targets, and maintaining full occupancy.
Manage daily operations of the care home.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and work towards achieving Outstanding ratings.
Utilize marketing and business skills to maintain commercial success.
Drive the development of person-centered care and contribute to the growth of the care service.Previous experience managing a nursing home.
Strong knowledge of CQC standards with a track record of achieving Outstanding ratings.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated marketing and business acumen in the private care sector.
Passion for developing high levels of person-centered care.NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience (desirable but not essential).Opportunity to work with a supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional care.
