Check the temperature of products on racks, determining whether they are ready to be removed from the blast chiller (if temperature is below 3 degrees). Once racks are cooled to the correct temperature, they are moved to the chiller under required for packing. Able to work in a cold temperature-controlled environment, as a considerate time is spent in blast and normal chillers, Push and pull racks of pies in and out of blast chillers.
