• We have a robust and indepth onboarding process where as a new employee, you’ll first complete your training and paid induction. This helps you understand your new role and get to know people in your team. Your colleagues and management team will work with you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions you may have. You’ll start building your own support network from day one – this will include your management team, colleagues and departments at Sonderwell Group.

 
Your ongoing development , whether it be studying for an NVQ, refresher or specific clinic training is invested in too.

That’s why, if you have a caring personality and some relevant experience, we’ll give you access to online and classroom training in specific complex care needs, as well as the chance to study for a relevant NVQ.

 
And when you do, you’ll have day-to-day support with a Care Co-ordinator or Nurse Manager always on hand to answer your questions. Each of our clients has individual needs, so whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time hours, night shifts or day shifts, we can offer an opportunity to suit you.
