We are on an exciting journey of growth and we are looking for a driven and talented Recruitment Consultant to be part of our Manchester SEN branch.
Who We Are: Manchester SEN
Sitting within the wider Teaching Personnel team, we are a nimble and energetic team of 7, based in Manchester city centre covering the Bolton, Salford, Rochdale, Oldham, Manchester, Trafford, Tameside and Stockport LEA's. We are straight talkers and value open and fluid communication - it is our strong belief that everyone's thoughts and ideas count in our journey of continuous improvement. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel, you bring schools and teachers together, towards a better education experience for pupils. You are not required to have experience in this career or any work experience at all, so long as you bring your energy and willingness to learn to the table. You will join a thriving team covering a specialist sector (secondary/primary/SEN) and will support an experienced team of recruiters and have the opportunity for career development and progression - and we will be right there, supporting and cheering you on.
Delight your customers through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality administrative support to teachers and teaching assistants
Create and publish job adverts and interviewing alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants
Be a data input and data management wizard
Have a project management mindset: you think logically through stages of activities, you plan, deliver and follow-up
