Location: London, UK
Compensation: £120k - £140k + commission + Equity

As they continue to expand their global footprint, they are seeking a talented and dynamic Country Manager to spearhead the growth of the UK market and grow the team in the UK/EMEA region.
Position Overview:
As the Country Manager for the UK, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success in the region. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will be responsible for leading the expansion of the businesses client base, developing strategic partnerships, and scaling the team to support growing business needs. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a strong background in adtech and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive growth and market penetration in the UK, identifying new business opportunities and expanding the regional client base across various industry verticals.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, brands, and vendors, to drive partnerships and strategic collaborations that support our business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team of sales, account management, and operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and collective success.
- Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed revenue targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and driving customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment between customer requirements and company capabilities.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights to inform product development, sales strategies, and business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the adtech industry, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including adtech platforms, programmatic advertising, and industry trends.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
