About therole

The successful Lettings OperationsCoordinator will be responsible for:

  • Thesmooth running of all lettings administration duties.
  • Managing the tenant referencing process.
  • Maintainthe property register and window displays.
  • Businessgeneration activities.
  • Diary management.
  • Liaisingwith clients, suppliers, branch staff, property management, accountsto ensure all lets commence and conclude effectively.
  • Providing support to a busy team.
  • General officeduties including filing, archiving, scanning and typing

Skills and experience:

The successful Lettings Operations Coordinatorwill have the following attributes:

  • Previousexperience within an administrative setting.
  • Smartlypresented and able to handle a public facing role, both face to faceand over the telephone.
  • The ability to prioritise and managea number of tasks simultaneously, to ensure nothing is missed, and allelectronic files are kept in good order.
  • Exceptional writtenand verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate and a goodunderstanding of Microsoft Office suite.
