INTERVIEW DATE 20th MAY 2024 This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our team providing homes for our children and embed a strong team ethos and therapeutic approach. Our homes are like any other home, they are safe and secure places where children and young people are cared for and supported to learn, develop, and thrive as they grow up. All our children have their own private bedroom, which they can decorate to suit their own personal style. Our homes also have private bedrooms and bathrooms for staff who are on sleep-in duty. We are looking for enthusiastic, tenacious and motivated Residential Child Care Workers with experience of working with children and young people. In return you will receive appropriate training opportunities as part of your continuous professional development.
