Temporary Senior Payroll Administrator/ HR Transactions Officer – Human Resources Job Ref: Surrey 92189 Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour PAYE Hours per week: 35-37 Monday to Friday, normal working hours Role Length: This opening assignment is for 3 months City: Reigate, Surrey Standard DBS disclosure required for this role The purpose of the role is to perform accurate and timely employee administration and transaction processes using systems (unit 4) where appropriate, to agreed standards and targets. The role holder will create, maintain and process documentation, records and data to agreed procedures and standards.
Provide and manipulate data for statistical purposes and run and present standard reports.
Responding and actioning employee administration and transaction processes.
Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries related to employee data, policies, and processes to customers.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data entered into systems.
Supporting all elements and aspects of the end to end recruitment with the defined area of activity.
Maintain a network of contacts, knowing who to liaise with on key issues to report on and resolve issues.
