**Role Essentials:**
  • Oversee the overall management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

**Skills & Experience:**
  • Proven experience in managing a residential and/or dementia care home.
  • A strong understanding of the regulatory framework governing care homes.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • A compassionate approach, with a genuine passion for enhancing the quality of life for the elderly.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A relevant management qualification in health or social care is highly desirable.
