Job Description

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Handle documentation related to employee onboarding, promotions, and terminations
  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
  • Assist in maintaining job postings and applicant tracking systems.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
  • Assist in resolving conflicts and issues within the workplace.
  • Conduct exit interviews and process employee terminations.
  • Ensure the return of company property and the completion of necessary paperwork.

  • HR admin experience
