A well known client in the Sunbury On Thames area.
Job Description
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Handle documentation related to employee onboarding, promotions, and terminations
- Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
- Assist in maintaining job postings and applicant tracking systems.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Assist in resolving conflicts and issues within the workplace.
- Conduct exit interviews and process employee terminations.
- Ensure the return of company property and the completion of necessary paperwork.
