Finance Recruitment Consultant - Transition into Executive Search

Location - UK - Fully Remote (Technology & Communication Suite Provided)

Essential Experience & Responsibilities

  • A minimum of 3 years' professional 360 recruitment experience, demonstrating a proven track record of effectively engaging and collaborating with senior business leaders.
  • Current UK-based location is mandatory.
  • Extensive experience in recruiting at a senior level, showcasing proficiency in handling senior appointments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and "passive" candidates through innovative engagement strategies.
  • Proven ability to drive new client acquisition and sales, utilising diverse channels for engagement.
  • Demonstrated capability to identify and capitalise on opportunities within the recruitment landscape.
  • Proficiency in utilising various business development tools to foster client relationships, encompassing phone calls, in-person meetings, email marketing, LinkedIn networking, and virtual interactions.
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven individual with strong self-awareness.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, coupled with a consultative approach.
  • Thorough understanding of building both business and personal brands, specifically tailored to recruitment and client/candidate engagement.
  • Curiosity, a hunger for learning, and a keen interest in developing a career in Search.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adeptly managing competing priorities to meet deadlines and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Demonstrated competitive spirit and unwavering determination to excel.
  • Proficient articulation skills, capable of crafting compelling documentation as needed.
  • Confidence in presenting to, meeting with, and cultivating new business relationships.
  • Experience in managing complex negotiations.
