Job Title: Deputy Finance Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Deputy Finance Manager to join our team . This role involves working under the Head of Finance, assisting in managing the Finance team, and overseeing ledger functions.

Team Management:

* Assist in managing payables, receivables, credit control, and settlements.

* Oversee the purchase ledger functions, including checking payments, coding invoices, reconciling the Ltd Company bank account, and ensuring adherence to payment terms by the purchase ledger clerk.

* Oversee the receivables function to ensure timely processing of customer receipts, check customer refunds, and handle escalated customer complaints.

* Responsible for Trust Withdrawals, admin fee reconciliation, and matured plan reconciliation.

* Perform Incentive Scheme reconciliations for our direct division by the 10th of each month.

* Conduct nominal ledger reconciliation.

* Manage payroll journals and VAT.

* Handle PAYE/Dividend and urgent refunds.

* Manage CRM data reporting.

Working experience within a commercial environment.

Experience in client management within an SME accounts environment.

AAT Qualified or in the final year of study.

Clear, confident, and professional phone manner.
