Our Head Office is based within our own award winning 4-star Hotel CASA in Chesterfield, North East Derbyshire.
We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to join our team and lead on all things Franklin & Sons. Our ideal candidate will know their Spritz from their Palomas and have a proven track record in building brands. Franklin & Sons is well regarded within the bartending community, and we are looking for an experienced brand professional to help us take the brand to the next level, winning in the national on and off trade as we continue on our journey to becoming the UK’s leading premium Mixer & Soft drink brand.
Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will take ownership for delivering the next phase of our growth, building and executing brand plans to deliver against commercial goals. The role is office based 4 days per week with one day working from home.
To ensure brand plans and activations are delivered on time, in full, and are evaluated regularly.
To work closely with the Digital & Content team to support their delivery of brand plans, helping where needed to get jobs done.
To drive, deliver and report on business performance.
To deliver on specific KPIs based on commercial objectives and key brand metrics. 3+ years brand or product management experience within FMCG or Drinks.
Highly numerate and commercial thinking with a clear ability to present robust and compelling insight.
Possess strong project management skills and an ability to think both rapidly and ‘outside the box’.
