We are now recruiting for a HVAC Engineer who is a motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking team player with a desire to learn about the Industrial Heating and Cooling Sector within a fast-paced Hire Market.

If this sounds of interest, we are keen to add to our existing team based out of our Leyland depot.

What will you be doing?
  • Servicing and maintaining HVAC Rental equipment including Chillers and Heat Pumps, to a consistently high standard
  • Testing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining a fleet of chillers, heat pumps, and other HVAC equipment within the depot
  • Undertake fault-finding and diagnostic work as required to repair and maintain hire equipment
  • Occasionally supporting installations & attending breakdowns in the field with experienced field engineer
  • Loading and unloading of goods in a correct and safe manner
  • Operating forklift truck as and when required
  • Accurately picking goods / getting materials ready in the depot for hire orders
  • Booking in goods delivered into the depot, ensuring that goods are checked off in an accurate and timely manner and checking for damages and quantity
  • Ensuring all hire fleet equipment and ancillaries are identified correctly / good quality

  • Previous engineering experience, ideally within the HVAC industry
  • Good communication skills - verbal and written
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Someone who is not afraid to get stuck in
