Essential Responsibilities

GE Vernova's Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) is a two-year rotational program composed of 3 rotations in different areas of the function and the business to allow you to constantly challenge yourself. While on program, you will receive in-person and virtual training to aid in your development, have opportunities to lead and participate in impactful projects, and network with senior HR leaders across the globe.

The program is divided into three eight-month rotations, with assignments in areas including: HR generalist/business partnership, employee relations, or specialist roles such as total rewards, talent acquisition, or talent management and development. Your experience will be unique and personalized based on your interests, competencies, and business needs. The responsibility and autonomy you are provided will empower you to make business-shaping decisions.

Required Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or equivalent focusing on business or a human resources disciplines (e.g., industrial & labor relations, industrial & organizational psychology, organizational behavior)
  • Must be geographically mobile (locations vary). Relocation assistance provided.
  • Must be fluent in English. For positions filled in Germany, must also be fluent in German

Ihr Aufgaben
Das Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) von GE Vernova ist ein zweijähriges Rotationsprogramm, das aus drei Rotationen in verschiedenen Funktionen und Unternehmensbereichen besteht. Das ermöglicht Ihnen sich ständig neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen. Während des Programms erhalten Sie Trainings (virtuell und vor Ort), um Ihre Entwicklung zu fördern. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, an wichtigen Projekte teilzunehmen oder diese selbst zu leiten und können sich mit HR-Führungskräften auf der ganzen Welt vernetzen.
Das Programm ist in drei achtmonatige Rotationen unterteilt, mit Aufgaben in folgenden Bereichen: HR Generalist/Business Partnership, Employee Relations oder spezialisierte Funktionen wie Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition oder Talent Management und Development. Ihre Erfahrungen sind einzigartig und werden auf der Grundlage Ihrer Interessen, Kompetenzen und Geschäftsanforderungen individuell gestaltet. Die Verantwortung und Autonomie, die Ihnen übertragen wird, wird Sie befähigen, geschäftsrelevante Entscheidungen zu treffen.

Ihre Qualifikationen
- Master-Abschluss oder gleichwertiger Abschluss mit Schwerpunkt auf Wirtschaft oder einer Personaldisziplin (z. B. Arbeitsbeziehungen, Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie, Organisationsverhalten)
- Geografische Mobilität (Standorte varieren). Umzugsunterstützung wird gewährt.

Sprachkenntnisse: Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

Erfahrung im Personalwesen durch erste Tätigkeiten oder Praktika
