This fast growing, dynamic full service agency is on the lookout for an energetic, proactive, self starter to join the team as a Digital Account Manager. The ideal applicant will be able to think strategically across SEO & PPC and enjoy liaising, debating and guiding clients.

This agency promotes a healthy lifestyle with an onsite gym and shower in the office allowing employees to cycle into work and exercise at lunchtime or after work.

Main duties involve:

- Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of different marketing channels to guide clients on where to invest for specific goals effectively.

- Developing and executing digital marketing strategies, with a focus on PPC (pay-per-click).

- Using analytics tools to pinpoint customer touchpoints and evaluate the overall customer experience across various digital channels.

- Defining and tracking key performance metrics, such as website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate, and conversion rate, against relevant paid media targets.

- Providing regular, actionable insights on campaign performance to stakeholders.

- Analysing campaign data continuously, making tweaks, running tests, and optimizing to maximize client return on investment using various metrics.

- Conducting thorough audience research to inform targeting strategies based on client goals, including keyword research, behaviour targeting, and retargeting.

- Staying up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and new channels to keep our strategies fresh and effective.

- Efficiently managing client budgets and collaborating with the Account Management team to identify innovative growth strategies.

- Working closely with the Director of Client Services and Head of Digital to develop communication briefs that meet business objectives effectively.

Experience:

- Have strong analytical skills and be detail-oriented, with proficiency in data manipulation using Excel and/or specialized software.

- Be skilled in copywriting to craft compelling ad copy.

- Show a genuine interest in understanding human behaviour and how it interacts with technology.

- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and be able to simplify complex data and insights for different audiences.

- Enthusiastic about staying updated on technological advancements, particularly in search engines, social media platforms, and programmatic advertising.

- Possess a commercial mindset and understand the role of digital marketing in clients' businesses.

- Be self-sufficient, able to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, efficiency, and the ability to meet deadlines.

- Collaborate well with team members and offer support when needed.

- Work well under pressure and know when to seek assistance.

We welcome remote workers, but candidates must be available to work in the office at least twice a week for the first three months. Additionally, willingness to travel for client meetings, averaging approximately once every other week, is required, as clients are located throughout the UK.
