Job Summary:

As a Senior Account Manager at MASEO, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding client goals, devising strategic marketing plans, and ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the UK while contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships.

- Understand client objectives, business goals, and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

2. Strategy Development:

- Collaborate with clients to define digital marketing strategies that align with their objectives.

- Create detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring successful execution of campaigns.

3. Campaign Execution:

- Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.

4. Team Coordination:

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to ensure project deliverables are met.

- Provide guidance and support to junior team members when necessary.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to clients.

- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

6. Budget Management:

- Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in digital marketing account management, preferably within an agency setting.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Exceptional organisational and project management abilities.
