People & Culture HR Business Partner

This is a stand alone position working as part of the senior management team, an integral role within the business. You will provide continuous development of best practice and play a vital role in cultivating a culture that aligns with core values.

The successful candidate will have experience in all aspects of Human Resources combined with experience working in an SME with autonomy in a stand alone role.

Responsible for all employee relations throughout the organisation
Providing professional advice and guidance on all areas of HR policy and practice
Support the development and introduction of new and existing policies, procedures, and processes for people and culture
Implementation of annual performance review for the business
Responsibility for strategies attracting, developing and retaining talent
Responsible HR Projects around well being and mental health
Taking the lead on initiatives, celebrating success and employee recognition
Training & Development. Participate in design and implementation of projects in line with strategic business goals
Manage the companies CSR programme

Experience working within in an SME organisation ideally stand alone
A full generalist background including recruitment and training
25 days holiday per year
