Site Manager - Residential Build - 6+ Months

Hays are looking for a Site Manager to support a well established company in the Southwest. The company specialises in residential builds across Devon and Cornwall. Single and multi-plot builds. This particular site would be working with a listed building, converting it into luxury apartments and adding a new build extension. Therefore, some experience with restoration and historical building would be great.
As the Site Manager, you would be responsible for the team, the site and health and safety. This would include making sure the project is kept on track, quality reviews and checks, cost control and managing stock and delivery of necessary items.
What would we need from you?
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Certificate
- Asbestos Awareness
- Knowledge of Microsoft Team
- Previous experience within a similar build
What will you get in return?
