Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team to foster growth and collaboration.
Strategic Digital Marketing Execution :
~ Craft and execute a dynamic digital marketing strategy that will elevate our brand's visibility, captivate our audience, and drive revenue growth.
CRM Strategy Implementation :
~ Implement best-in-class CRM strategies to enhance customer relationship journeys and maximise engagement.
Performance Tracking and Reporting :
~ Set and achieve/exceed targets, reporting on performance metrics and budget allocation regularly.
Data-Driven Decision Making :
~ Utilise data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes and improve ROI across campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing and other analytical methods to optimise campaign performance and customer experience.
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and overall business success.
Traditional Marketing Integration :
~ Integrate and optimise traditional marketing channels to complement digital strategies and enhance overall brand reach and impact.
Extensive experience in Digital Marketing (B2B & B2C)
Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing strategies.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing
Creative mindset and an ability to spot opportunities and cultivate ideas where others wouldn’t.
Degree in Marketing or similar qualification
Job Type : Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday)
Work Location : Office Based
