Position Overview: As an Electrical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of electrical projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. With a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage electrical projects of varying size and complexity throughout Scotland.

* Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

* Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure timely project delivery.

* Oversee project execution, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and mitigating risks as they arise.

* Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and contractual agreements.

* Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

* Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.

* Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

* Implement best practices and lessons learned to optimize project delivery and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

* Proven experience in electrical project management within the construction or engineering industry.

* Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.

* Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred but not required.
