What would you do as our Trade Marketing Specialist

As our Trade Marketing Speciallist you will be responsible for executing and managing successful communications, marketing activities, and support that deliver against the marketing strategy and channel business priorities.

This role will focus on the core trade channel brand UNION and Jigtech which is sold into the builder's merchant space via a national and independent retail network. In this exciting role you will be able to showcase your experience of generating high-volume demand through base management, dealer distribution, key partner relationships, and influencing the end user.

You will also:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend the marketing plan specific to trade channel & execute strategies to promote products and brands effectively within these channels.
  • Provide necessary tools and resources to educate sales teams and customers & drive demand by ensuring they understand product benefits and value propositions.
  • Work closely with product managers to launch new products & translate technical product details into compelling, benefit-focused marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of annual trade events and exhibitions and collaborate with the Trade lead to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate production and messaging across various marketing materials such as promotional and technical literature, customer communications and digital content

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience working in a fast-moving marketing role
  • Has the ability to lead and take products from proposition to launched in the market
  • Is able to lead and successfully run to completion marketing projects with many stakeholders involved
  • Can work on multiple projects, under pressure and to deadlines, with excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Is proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software and other design tools such as Canva
