In this critical role, you'll lead engineering teams to maintain vehicles, property, and equipment. Additionally, you'll ensure legal compliance and facilitate effective communication across commercial, operational, and other departments to drive operational excellence.
This role is ideal for an experienced engineer from the automotive industry, with a strong management background and a proven track record, seeking the next step in their career for further growth and progression.
The Role:

  • Covering 5 Depots across Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire
  • Leading engineering teams in helping maintaining vehicles, property, plant and equipment
  • Clear progression to Engineering Director

  • Qualifications in Automotive Engineering
  • Proven supervisory experience and running sites
  • Looking for further growth and progression.
