Job Title: Head of Soft Services

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Soft Services to lead strategic and operational delivery of Soft Services within Pareto. This includes overseeing directly delivered services such as Cleaning, Front of House and liaising with specialist partners delivering Security, Catering and Waste Management. This role requires a leader that can drive excellence in service delivery, ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and inspire a diverse team to achieve the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership & Management: Lead and develop the Soft Services Team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Oversee recruitment, training and performance management of the Team.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for the delivery of high-quality Soft Services that meet the needs of the company and it’s customers. Work as part of the Senior Management Team to align Soft Services with the company’s overall objectives and operational goals.
  3. Operational Excellence: Ensure the delivery of Soft Services meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Monitor and evaluate the performance of services, implementing improvements where necessary. Manage budgets, resources and contracts effectively to ensure cost-efficient service delivery.
  4. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all Soft Services comply with relevant HSE Regulations and standards. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and Healthy working environment.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external contractors, ensuring contracts are effectively negotiated and managed. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure Soft Services support their operational requirements.
  6. Client Satisfaction & Retention: Proactively address client concerns and feedback to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention. Develop strategies with the operational team to mitigate churn and enhance client loyalty.
  7. Innovation & Improvement: Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Soft Services. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that Pareto remains at the forefront of service delivery

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in Soft Services Leadership Roles.
  2. Strong strategic and Service Development skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading large teams and diverse service portfolios.
  5. Solid understanding of HSE Regulations.
  6. Results oriented mindset, with a focus on driving service excellence and achieving business objectives.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment, working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
