Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join our clients in-house legal team in providing expert guidance on non-contentious and contentious employment law matters. The position offers excellent remote working with two days a month in the office and a competitive salary and package of up to £60,000 per annum, along with additional bonus and benefits.
Provide expert advice on employment law matters to HR, Health and Operational teams.
Review and advise on employee relations matters, redundancies, changing terms and conditions of employment, policies and procedures, TUPE, and employee rights.
Draft legal documentation including ET3s, Grounds of Resistance, Witness Statements, Tribunal Bundles, Settlement Agreements, and COT3 Agreements.
Develop specialist training programs for HR teams on emerging legal issues and updates.
Provide regular updates on employment law developments.
UK qualified Solicitor with 3 - 6 years PQE specialising in employment law, with an In-House or Private Practice background.
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.

Predominately Remote working, office based once a fortnight.
