Legal Counsel - EMEA:

This new role reports into the Regional Counsel, EMEA and has come about due to growth and a period of global expansion for the company. The role is located in Lancashire and hybrid working is available.

Working closely with the Regional Counsel, as Legal Counsel - EMEA you will provide a broad range of legal and commercial advice to stakeholders in Europe, as well as support on wider global company projects.

Specific responsibilities include: drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts; supporting other specialist colleagues in compliance areas; managing outside counsel; offering strategic and practical non-legal advice; coordinating with legal colleagues in the US and Asia; and generally advising various group companies and stakeholders on a broad range of legal, regulatory and compliance matters in the EMEA region.

About you:

If you are a c. 1-3 years' PQE solicitor looking to move in-house into industry, this role provides an excellent opportunity to make the transition into industry.

Our client is open to applications from general commercial and contracts solicitors or those with experience in commercial litigation, construction, projects or similar commercial and contractual disciplines.
