We are advertising for a Senior Human Factors Engineer role with a focus on the planning, study execution, and reporting for human factors and usability related projects.
At a senior level, you will have the opportunity to mentor team members, actively guiding their progression, and helping to develop best practices in human factors and usability.

Leading full usability programmes strategised to meet client and project objectives.
Consistently and independently producing high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations to Crux standards.
Expert understanding of Human Factors as a discipline, including user needs, best practices, and up-to-date regulatory framework.
Building trusted relationships within existing client accounts and pursuing opportunities and referrals for selling usability services into these accounts.
Deliver quality stakeholder management by confidently communicating the value of Human Factors and your work to colleagues and clients.
Promoting awareness of usability within the business and helping to promote Crux’s growing in-house Human Factors capabilities.
Seeking out team capability development and thought leadership opportunities to ensure Crux Human Factors’ competitiveness.
