Do you have experience in working on Scottish residential conveyancing transactions on behalf of sellers? This is an amazing opportunity within our secured litigation team to act on behalf of our clients in a conveyancing transaction to sell repossessed residential properties from instruction to completion, (including shared ownership matters), within set deadlines.

Dealing with all aspects of the residential conveyancing process on behalf of our clients, mortgage lenders, who have repossessed residential properties due to mortgage arrears or another breach.
As a residential conveyancing paralagal, you will be liaising with clients and solicitors in an efficient and professional manner.
Liaise with asset managers to provide a smooth transaction.
Our Candidate Requirements for Residential Conveyancing Paralegals

Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including a minimum C grade in English and Maths
Experience of the Scottish conveyancing process
Computer literate in all Microsoft Office programs
Sound knowledge of law and legal System,
Law degree or equivalent
Experience of working for financial services’ businesses in a legal environment.
Experience of working in the legal industry and/or in-house with a top financial services organisation.

*Training will be conducted in our Manchester office and the cost of travel will be covered by our business. Following successful completion of training, you will be then be considered for our Hybrid working model.
