Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Investment Associate. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our investment activities across various asset classes as well as delivering ad hock tasks and projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced investment professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

·Conduct thorough research and due diligence on potential investment opportunities across private equity, venture capital, and other asset classes.

·Analyze financial statements, performance metrics, and market trends to assess investment viability and potential risks.

·Prepare detailed investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal review and presentation to senior management.

·Assist in the execution of investment transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and documentation.

·Monitor and track portfolio performance, conducting periodic reviews and assessments to identify opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation.

·Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to inform investment decision-making and strategy development.

·Collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to support the achievement of investment objectives and targets.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.

·Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role.

·Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and perform quantitative analysis.

·Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate investment recommendations and insights effectively.

·Demonstrated proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.

·Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
