Dunfermline Fife, United Kingdom InPost UK Full time

At InPost, we're transforming how businesses and consumers connect with their deliveries — and that innovation extends into every corner of our business, including Newstrade, where we're shaping the next generation of print media distribution and the services we provide to our publisher and retail customers. We're looking for a strategic and creative Senior Communications Manager to lead customer and stakeholder communications within our Newstrade business. The InPost Newstrade division specialises in final-mile delivery for newspaper publishers and magazine distributors, covering 75% of the UK and Ireland with a 45% market share. Operating from 36 locations, it delivers almost 1bn newspapers, magazines, and collectibles to around 21,000 customers. The division includes core final-mile operations, magazine primary distribution, corporate distribution, outsourced retail consultancy, and airside media placement.
You'll shape and execute a bold, integrated B2B communications strategy that positions InPost Newstrade as the partner of choice in the newstrade ecosystem — connecting retailers, publishers, and distributors through innovative, insight-driven storytelling. From high-impact campaigns and product launches to internal engagement and thought leadership, you'll help our story resonate across every channel.
Working closely with the Head of Communications & Engagement, this role will:
Develop and deliver communications plans aligned with InPost Newstrade's vision, business goals, and customer needs.
Shape and evolve our Newstrade messaging to reflect our innovation, reliability, and customer-first mindset.
Create powerful content: Produce impactful B2B materials — from newsletters and case studies to digital and LinkedIn content — that elevate the brand and drive awareness.
Design and deliver multi-channel marketing and engagement initiatives that support education, awareness and product adoption.
Support digital engagement: Collaborate on the development of our customer portal and account management tools to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Support industry-specific proactive and crisis communications, ensuring consistent, confident messaging in every situation.
Content & Thought Leadership: Position InPost Newstrade as the industry's partner of choice through strategic PR, corporate storytelling, and stakeholder engagement that demonstrates our quality, strength and innovation.
Analytics & Impact: Define and track KPIs to measure campaign success and communications performance. Use data, insights, and customer engagement analytics to refine and optimise messaging and activity for maximum impact.
We're looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future. Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field.
Significant experience in marketing and communications, with at significant experience in senior B2B stakeholder engagement roles.
