Overview We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Communications and Change teams. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving impactful projects that align with our strategic goals. As a Senior Project Manager, you will report directly to the Programme Manager and take ownership of delivering complex projects within the Communications and Change teams. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, leveraging your expertise in project management methodologies to ensure successful outcomes. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes and initiatives. How You'll Make An Impact Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budgets. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Apply project management methodologies such as Agile and PRINCE2 to ensure best practices are followed. Support the Programme Manager in reporting project progress, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders. Contribute to the development and implementation of change management strategies to drive adoption and minimise resistance. Identify and manage project risks, ensuring mitigation plans are in place. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and implementing best practices About You About You We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual with a strong background in project management and a passion for driving change. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a senior capacity. Strong knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies such as Agile and PRINCE2. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence andengage at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering results. Desired Skills and Experience: Knowledge and understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's Change Model). Experience working within Communications and/or Change teams. Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM, PMP).
