We are on the lookout for an exceptional Quantitative Trader specializing in equities central risk algorithmic trading to join our dynamic team of ~8 elite traders. Recognised as one of the most profitable groups in the market today, this opportunity calls for a visionary individual ready to revolutionize systematic trading. With an unprecedented volume of trading, we need someone with innovative skills to transform how we optimize trading off the exchange.

Design and execute world class algorithmic trading strategies in the equities market.
Build advanced systematic internalisation strategies that capture alpha that may otherwise be eroded on exchanges, source internal liquidity and cross orders to net risk within the platform.
Harness advanced central trading resources, including HFT execution engines and colocation software, to elevate trading efficiency and PnL to new heights.

Demonstrated expertise in algorithmic trading, with a proven track record of success in the equities market in a relevant team ( Central Risk Book or Systematic Internalisation team in Prop trading firm).
MSc or PhD) with a quantitative a background in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Seasoned experience within high-performing systematic trading teams, with a consistent track record of delivering competitive PnL over 3 years+ .
A deep understanding of market microstructures and the ability to leverage this knowledge to create high sharpe ratio strategies while effectively managing risk.
