**This is a full-time position**

We are actively recruiting talented individuals who have the motivation and passion to become professional traders. We are looking for traders to join our team and grow stronger together within the financial markets.
We believe that the only way to grow in this industry is to invest heavily in talented people who want to grow with us. We are seeking for like-minded individuals to develop their skills and enable them to join our team.
You will have the opportunity to liaise with our senior traders every day and join our trading community. As a Forex Trader you will learn how to trade the financial markets utilising simple and structured trading strategies.
This programme seeks to be an all-inclusive opportunity who can demonstrate a talent, aptitude and enthusiastic drive to become successful traders.

**To be successfully considered for Financial Trader role you must possess the following skills**:

- A positive, ambitious and confident personality
- Motivation towards learning new skills
- Good people skills
- A strong passion and interest in the financial markets
- The ability to work hard
- The ability to focus on the process to become a disciplined individual

A consistent track record preferred. However Trading experienced is not required as we also offer a proven pathway to a career as a Funded Trader.

You will be allocated company capital to trade with on a % split either trading remotely or directly on our trading floor.
