A water-sector leading solutions provider is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their Commercial Team, taking responsibility for the commercial management of projects at their Testwood site in Southampton. In the Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will report directly to the Commercial Manager, working collaboratively across their project teams to deliver industry-leading solutions in the water sector.

Carry out quantity surveying duties for project and work package management.
Collaborate with design, construction, and supply chain teams to capture, analyse, and control costs.
Prepare and issue subcontract documentation and assist in subcontractor performance management.
Support and mentor junior commercial staff.
Proactively engage in professional development, industry networking, and innovation updates.
Experience in utilities, civil engineering, or MEICA sectors.
