Role Overview: As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to expand our presence in the EMEA region. You will lead a team of high-performing sales professionals, driving new business acquisition and fostering long-term relationships with key clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the EHS landscape and a strong background in SaaS sales.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across the UK and EMEA region.
Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine the sales approach.
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to the executive leadership team.
At least 7 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in SaaS and a focus on EHS or related fields.
Proven track record of leading and growing high-performing sales teams.
Strong understanding of the EHS landscape and regulatory environment.
