Job Overview

As a Sales Executive at Park View Health Clubs, your main mission will be to grow our membership base and exceed sales targets. You will be the first point of contact for prospective members, showcasing our club’s offerings and tailoring packages to meet their fitness goals. The ideal candidate is a true sales hunter who thrives in a target-driven environment, loves the thrill of closing deals, and has a natural ability to turn leads into loyal members.


Key Responsibilities

  • Membership Sales : Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets, driving membership sales with a clear focus on revenue growth.
  • Proactive Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and participation in marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct Engaging Facility Tours: Showcase our club’s features, programs, and benefits in a compelling way that aligns with prospective members’ goals.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality, prospect needs, and conversion metrics.
  • Drive Referrals and Renewals: Leverage member relationships to encourage referrals, maximising growth potential, and securing membership renewals.


Qualifications

·     Proven Sales Success: 2+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.

·     Sales-Driven Mindset: A true "sales shark" with a passion for hitting targets, driven by results, and motivated by commission.

·      People Person: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport, connect with potential members, and foster positive relationships.

·     Exceptional Communication & Closing Skills: Outstanding persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections, resolve conflicts, and close deals effectively.

·     Time Management & Proactivity: Excellent time management skills with a proactive approach to managing leads, scheduling follow-ups, and prioritising tasks.

·     Quick Thinker: Ability to think on your feet, adapt to changing situations, and respond to prospective members’ needs in real-time.

·     Persistence & Resilience: Tenacious, with the resilience to follow up on leads and pursue every opportunity to close a sale.
