We are working with a unique non profit organisation to support with the recruitment of their Learning and Development Trainer on a full time permanent basis.

This role involves travelling to deliver face to face training covering Ipswich, Colchester, Cambridge and Milton Keynes.

There will also be regular travel to the head offices in both York and Burgess Hill.

You must have a full clean licence & access to your own car.

  • Key Responsibilities for the Learning and Development Trainer: Working closely with the Learning and Development Manager to deliver training both in person and virtually on webinars
  • Support with the development and delivery of creative and engaging Learning and Development training programmes.
  • Providing cover to the regional trainers as and where required
  • Evaluate and modify the quality of existing internal and external training
  • Actively engage and promote good working relationships with the Learning and Development team and wider teams within the organisation

  • Key Skills for the Learning and Development Trainer: Must have experience within a Health & Social care setting - Applications without this experience will not be considered.
  • Experience delivering engaging training
  • Confident and approachable manner
  • Full clean drivers Licence and access to your own vehicle due to the travel aspect of this role.
