Senior Sales Consultant - Luxury Property Lifestyle Company - up to £45k base + 50% bonus & bens - Location Kent

Our client is a highly successful property and luxury lifestyle company with a number of prestigious developments in Kent. Their elegant properties are in considerable demand and with multiple new developments due to open in 2024/25 they are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Sales Consultant to join their team.

Previous luxury property sales experience desirable, but not essential as full training and support will be given. It is essential, however, that you are passionate about luxury sales, whether from a property background, or to HNW individuals, and have proven consultative sales experience.



Delivering sales within a consultative and highly customer focused environment
Experienced in delivering sales ideally with a passion and experience in luxury property sales to HNWI
A strong team player but also able to work unsupervised and be a brand advocate
Highly organised and able to ensure all regulatory and compliance is followed during the sales process
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic Senior Sales Consultant to join a highly successful and supportive business that is going from strength to strength. Based in Kent with a base salary of £45k on offer, plus 50% bonus and excellent opportunities for career progression. This is a Monday-Friday/9am-6pm role, with occasional Saturday’s.
